Job Description

Summary

The School of Medicine is seeking a Lead Coordinator, Program Management to provide advanced administrative support and oversight for an education program, including undergraduate, graduate, residency, fellowship, clerkship, continuing medical education, or other College-affiliated education programs.

This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule after a training period.

Job Duties

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of one or more education programs.
  • Ensures programs align with and meet compliance and accreditation guidelines; may provide guidance and leadership in the accreditation process.
  • Manages trainee recruitment efforts, including marketing the program, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and attending recruiting events.
  • Oversees strategic planning initiatives and process improvement efforts.
  • Provides financial management support for the program, including budget development and monitoring, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • May perform pre and post grant management activities.
  • May perform human subject research support activities.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; four years of relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, MBA or MPA.
  • Project Management certification.
  • Experience in higher education or healthcare administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
