Summary

There is currently a Intern/Aide Research opportunity in the Breast Center department at Baylor College of Medicine.

Job Duties

• Conducts literature searches and summarizes information in an appropriate format for a particular study.
• Participates in lab meetings.
• Has strong documentation and organizational skills with the ability to keep accurate records of all work
• performed.
• Has good analytical and computer skills
• Performs routine laboratory and general clerical tasks necessary for daily operation of laboratory.
• Collects, prepares, cleans and stores lab equipment.
• Stocks and prepares media and chemical reagents.
• Maintains records and files.
• Collects and prepares samples for technicians.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in high school or be a high school graduate (or equivalent secondary education) or enrolled in an institution of higher education.
