Saint Mary's College invites applications for a temporary staff position in Quality Curriculum Design in the department of Nursing at Saint Mary's College, beginning in Fall 2024. This position will help build and redesign the clinical model. The position is focused on incorporating nursing sensitive indicators, CMS regulations, Title 22 and16 standards within the curriculum. This position will be collaborating with specific clinical partners in this redesign model. All clinical aspects of change must then be incorporated into simulation and theory instruction.
Requirements
  • Master's in nursing
  • Extensive hospital leadership experience at the executive level
  • Current and unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the state of California
  • Experience working in quality curriculum design
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, managing, and evaluating programs
  • Demonstrated record of interprofessional collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse community of students, staff, faculty, and administrators.
  • Experience in using computers and other technologies for teaching and learning.
