This position supports educational efforts at the cornerstone of our mission. The Program Manager will work on projects to bring caregivers into the organization and retain them.

A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—4:30pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.

• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

• Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

• Allocate time to meet completion requirements.

• Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

• Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

• OR Associate’s degree and five years of experience.

• OR Master’s degree and two years of experience.

• Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
