Summary

The Senior Coordinator, Program Management will manage the following educational Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and Texas Medical Board (TMB) approved programs: Vascular Surgery Independent, Vascular Surgery Integrated, Surgical Critical Care, Pediatric Surgery, Endocrine Surgery, Liver Transplant Surgery, and Acute Care Surgery. This position will maintain ACGME and Texas Medical Board (TMB) compliance for all programs. Manage MedHub onboarding, offboarding, evaluations, payslot allocations, and rotation schedules and any other aspects as directed along with leading Program development.

The Senior Coordinator, Program Management will develop educational curriculum for its programs. Manage recruitment for its programs in compliance with Graduate Medical Education (GME) and National Resident Matching Program (NRMP.)

This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.

Job Duties

  • Develops and schedules curriculum for its educational programs.
  • Manages website and recruitment for its programs in compliance to NRMP and American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC)
  • Leads Annual Program Evaluation committee and Clinical Competency Committees meetings with program directors; Daily communication and tasks with trainees in management of its programs.
  • Develops and maintains program handbooks and guidebooks as applicable.
  • Maintains MedHub in all aspects for its programs.
  • Develops evaluation assessment of the program if needed.
  • Develops educational programs with innovation in today\'s learning environment for advancement in educational training.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s Degree.
  • Highly efficient in communication and writing skills.
  • Positive customer service skills needed.
  • Organized and task driven with positive efficient delivery.
