The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Technician.  The Automotive Technician performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning service according to company policy and procedures. This position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

The pay for this position starts at $32 / hour. In addition, you can earn an additional $1 / hour for ASE certifications after the required minimum of 4 (up to 8 in total). 

This position is located at our Car Sales Certification Center: 10144 Page Ave St Louis, MO 63162.

Auto Technician Benefits:

• $500 sign-on bonus
• Yearly tool stipend of $500
• ASE Certification testing reimbursement (upon passing)
• ASEs beyond the required minimum of 4 will increase hourly rate by an additional $1 / hour (Up to 8 total)
• Hourly pay (Not Flat Rate)
• Uniforms are provided and laundered at no cost
• Air conditioned / heat shop

• Monday-Friday: 7:00am-3:00pm

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles required.
• 4+ current and valid ASE certifications OR 1 ASE from the core course of A1- A8 and OEM training/certifications required.
• Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus
• Hire with 1 ASE and manufacturer training with agreement of obtaining 4 ASE certifications within 6 months of hire
• Must have a current and valid driver\'s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Products required.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
