As a Clinic LPN in the Float Pool, you will utilize your knowledge of nursing theory and diseases processes to provide top-quality professional nursing care to patients in various units, departments and/or locations. An LPN in this role is familiar with performing patient care activities, documenting patient care, administering medication and observing patients’ health.

The hours of this Per diem position are between 7:30AM-6pm, 8 hour days. Starting time will depend on practice. This position is to fill in vacations, PTO coverage at any one of our practices both in Martin and St Lucie counties. Training will be provided.

Required qualifications for the ideal candidate include:

• Graduate of Accredited LPN program.

• Clear and Active FL LPN License

• Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS)

• 1 year minimum of current full time LPN experience

• Epic Experience

• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Great customer Service skills

• Flexible, team oriented, organized and reliable.

• Compassionate and empathetic

• Is self-driven, computer savvy and a quick learner.

• Can travel to multiple locations.

• Is interested in learning multiple specialties.
