Senior Brand Lead, Rare Diseases (m/f/d)

You can look forward to:

Brand Marketing Strategy Execution to Maximize Revenues:

  • Adapt and implement a cohesive brand strategy aligned with Pfizer vision and values. This includes defining brand positioning, messaging, and guidelines to maintain global consistency.
  • Develop a deep understanding of potential customers and support the development and delivery of customer engagement strategies for all customer groups.
  • Ensures local customer and patient needs and insights are well understood, processed into the local and Glocal business plans and pulled-through to execution (e.g., customer engagement, local translation)
  • Maintain local strategic executional support to enhance the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Maximize impact of marketing activities through optimal channel mix, including digital channels.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage relations with key internal & external stakeholders
  • Coordinate in-country cross-functional brand team, ensuring the effective collaboration of team members to achieve success
  • Collaborate closely with International Commercial Office, Chief Marketing Office, and CoLab teams to adapt and align global brand strategies while preserving brand coherence and to support execution of brand plans and global approach.

Financial Planning:

  • Responsible for owning the market P&Ls (incl. 3-year OP) and tactical execution of the OP, including Go-To-Market and customer engagement.
  • Utilize metrics and market research to evaluate Pfizer brand performance and reputation, to identify opportunities for improvement

You offer:

  • University degree in Science, Health Sciences, Business or adequate practical qualification
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both in German and English
  • Creative problem solver, demonstrated track record of high performance, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to synthesize and evaluate information, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret, track vs KPIs, and communicate clear actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to facilitate stakeholder & customer commitments and act on insights.
  • Ability to develop precise and integrated marketing solutions.
  • Demonstrated strong commitment to integrity & compliance.
  • Highly accountable; possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity & decisiveness.

The salary depends on your educational background and expertise as well as your previous experiences but will at least amount to € 82.500 gross p.a. on a fulltime base.
