What You Will Achieve

Working with a dynamic team of Inventory accounting and Finance experts for Supply Point Entities, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial and inventory valuation aspects of ongoing supply chain or corporate projects. You will manage complex/technical strategic projects from initiation through planning, execution, and closing. You provide guidance to operational teams to manage the changes. Your creativity skills will help in providing areas of improvement for processes or services. Your experience in project will be used while reviewing status of projects, managing schedules, and preparing status reports, developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different Pfizer teams and assess in the identification/escalation of project risks/issues and the establishment of mitigation.

You will support a team managing 71 Bios of sales, 67 Bios of cost of sales, 12 Bios of inventory, more than 22000 GMX cost records, 60.000 sku’s, 8500 routings, 150 SAP plants & 70.000 Active Material extension in SPA,… The finance team is supporting the global supply chain organization called Global Logistics & Network Services (GL&NS). This team is responsible for the worldwide logistics activities from the first manufacturing site until the local market affiliate.

How You Will Achieve It

• Be responsible for all projects impacting the supply point legal entities or the GL&NS budget.

• Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives, forecasts, and plan resource requirements for projects across the division with clear definition of project scope, resources, budget, goals/metrics, activities/milestones, dependency, timeline, constraint, and risks.
• Adopt strategies that are right for the business through demonstration of extensive drug supply chain, finance and inventory accounting knowledge.
• Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams, actively seeks collaboration and build relationships with key stakeholders to improve overall project outcomes and ensure timely project completion.
• Act as a subject matter expert on all information regarding finance and inventory accounting for Supply point entities.
• Identify and escalate potential issues and concerns to management.
• Identify and manage a portfolio of projects impacting the Supply Point Finance.
• Ensure that supply chain and logistics processes/systems (inventory accounting related) are in place to guide the timely and effective update of various strategic Supply Chain changes.
• Provide analysis and reports to leadership delivery commitment performance.
• Facilitate “continuous improvement” sessions as needed to identify opportunities to enhance project value delivery, timeline, and reduce risks. Drive the implementation of the prioritised/endorsed Continuous Improvement opportunities.
• Collect, document, analyse and share project closure lessons learned.
• Act as a model builder in helping the whole finance team (Inventory, budget and supply point legal entities) using the best tools/systems and improve efficiency through automation.
• Be comfortable working in collaboration with higher management and present updates to leadership teams.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering or Finance.
• 8+ years of global project management/operational excellence experience.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Fluent both written and verbally in English.
• Advanced Information Technology and analytical skills {MS-Office, System Application & Products (SAP, multiple modules), Power BI, etc.}.
• Expert in Inventory accounting.
• Adaptable to work priorities in response to complex and rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
• Passion for learning and pursuing a career in the health care industry.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Project Management Certification.
• Ability to function autonomously in a matrix model and in a team environment.
• Provides training/mentorship to other orSMEs.
