What You Will Achieve

You will be leading china commercial reporting delivery team to enable china commecial reporting capability delivery, in this role, both management reporting solution and CFC reporting solution should be well evaluated in terms of technical advantage and cost effectiveness to enable certain flexible group high demand users as well large group of standard demand users.

How You Will Achieve It

• Work collaboratively with the Digital Client Partner, Business stakeholders in BUs, CMOs, Marketings, Medical, commercial etc, to deliver viable Business Intelligence solutions through building collabrative relationships.
• Reponsible for China Business Intelligence (BI) technical roadmap and strategic plans
• Lead the team to be responsible for the technical design and technical implementation of a portfolio of large/complex projects.
• Serve as the first escalation and resolution point for all reporting relative projects.
• Being financially responsible to manage all assigned reporting projects.
• Responsible for Business Reporting solution maximizing the value from data and accelerate the building of a healthier world and improve patient lives.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• BA/BS degree in computer science relative majors.
• 10+ years of working experience in IT/Pharmar areas
• Demonstrated strong capability in BI and Data areas
• Ability to architect and design reporting models and solutions
• Ability to effectively manage and develop a delivery team with proper people management skills
• Innovative thinking to lead discussion for requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Nice-to-Have

• Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience in management consulting
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, preferably commercial or sales and marketing
