Requisiti formativi:
•Diploma o Neolaureat* Triennale o Magistrale in materie bio/chimico-farmaceutiche

Requisiti di base:
•Si richiede buona conoscenza delle norme GMP
•Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Word e Power Point)
Requisiti preferibili:
• Predisposizione al problem solving
• Teamwork
• Capacità organizzativa, precisione e puntualità
• Spirito di iniziativa e intraprendenza
Requisiti linguistici: Italiano Fluente, Inglese livello B1-B2

Contesto
Su delega del capo reparto e/o FLL/PE, gestisce apertura ticket a sistema e la relativa stesura di documenti (sop/wi/ecc)
Rispetta le policy aziendali in tema di Ambiente e Sicurezza (EHS), i Valori GSK, le Aspettative di Comportamento GSK (GSK Expectations), il Codice di Condotta e le norme GMP
Obiettivi formativi e modalità di svolgimento
L' attività formativa si concentrerà supportando nelle seguenti attività:
In affiancamento al personale di reparto (capo reparto/FLL/PE/operatori) riceve o raccoglie le informazioni necessarie alla scrittura dei documenti (sop/wi/ecc) o alla produzione di video-training
E’ responsabile del proprio piano di addestramento, nei tempi previsti, tramite l’utilizzo di strumenti aziendali (My Learning) ed è proattivamente coinvolto nei programmi di miglioramento continuo
Mantiene ordinato e pulito il proprio ambiente di lavoro (5s e zoning)
