Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital is a fully integrated medical campus that includes diagnostic centers, outpatient surgery and a 24-hour emergency department located in the state-of-the-art hospital. The Program Manager in this role will develop and provide management of various compliance programs in collaboration with the Senior Director of Quality.


A caregiver in this position worksDays, from 7:00am—4:30pm.


A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Ensure Cleveland Clinic compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, including those of: The Joint Commission (TJC), Florida Agency of Healthcare Administration (ACHA) and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

  • Act as the primary resource for staff to facilitate overall operations of programs.

  • Act as a consultant to departments/institutes for all aspects of TJC and other regulatory agencies.

  • Educate and disseminate accurate information to clinical and nonclinical departments pertaining to certifications and standard interpretations.

  • Participate in preparation and support of onsite survey activities.

  • Collaborate with all departments within the Quality and Patient Safety Institute to ensure safe high-quality care.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field.

  • Five years of experience in healthcare, direct experience leading efforts to prepare for a Joint Commission survey.

  • Working knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards.


Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Master’s degree.

  • Clinical background but will consider other experience in the healthcare setting.

Physical Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.

  • Ability to lift and transport up to 15 pounds.

  • Requires extended periods of standing, walking and sitting.

  • Normal or corrected vision and hearing.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $30.41

Maximum hourly: $46.38
