Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or GED, and prior facilities work experience in housekeeping, maintenance and/or renovation work. Valid driver's license, insurable by University insurance carrier, police record check and employment physical required. Education may be substituted for required work experience.

Position Description:

Perform general maintenance, preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and make minor repairs to existing environmental, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems in assigned buildings. Make daily inspection, report major problems, provide assistance to other trades, complete daily/weekly reports, maintain clean and orderly shop, answer emergency calls and perform other related duties as assigned.

This GM Tech II position will be based in the Plumbing Shop on Health Science Campus.

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
