The Value Based Performance Program Manager serves as a key member of Value Based Performance Team for assigned commercial value-based contracts implementation, performance, and maintenance of designated value-based programs. This role is pivotal in shaping and implementing key initiatives and programs that support the strategic direction of CCHS's value-based approach. This includes performing industry and regulatory analysis that will be used to identify, evaluate, and develop recommendations to support value based contracting, planning, and execution.

A caregiver in this position works remote days 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.with on-site requirements
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities.
- Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
- Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
- Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and 6 years of value based contract work experienceOR Master’s Degree and 4 years of experience.
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
- Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial and project management, relationship building and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation, training, written and verbal communication skills including a proven ability to prepare clear, concise presentations that inspire and motivate others, and to complete large, complex projects in an accurate, timely and autonomous fashion
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Master’s Degree
- Understanding of the fundamentals of patient-centered health care
- Experience and working knowledge of health care business basics
including, physician practice workflows, provider billing, risk coding, and payor contracting - Experience in quality and financial performance process improvement
- Knowledge of ACO, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage quality measures, NCQA and
HEDIS standards, and Medicare Advantage star ratings gained through experience - Excel experience

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
- In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
- In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.46
Maximum hourly: $51.03
