A caregiver in this position worksdays, from 8:00am—4:30pm or 7:00am—5:30pm.


A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the organization's strategic plan and vision.

  • Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.

  • Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.

  • Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards, and initiatives for the department.


Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Five years of experience in Healthcare or Customer Service Management.

  • Will consider Finance, HIS, IT, or Nursing supervisory experience in high volume facility as well.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.

  • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

  • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $30.41

Maximum hourly: $46.38

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
