Program Manager II – Assessment & Career Services

The Program Manager in this role will manage programmatic and school assessment processes, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and accreditation/regulatory standards. We are looking for someone who can summarize and report data to create a Program Effectiveness Plan (PEP).
A caregiver in this position works Days, from 7:30am—4:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Compile and summarize data from survey reports, program outcomes measures, demographics, advisory committee recommendations, programmatic reviews.
Conduct quarterly and annual School Assessment Meetings to follow up on PEP recommendations and action items.
Oversee the preparation, submission to accrediting bodies, and distribution to stakeholders of the annual PEP report.
Support faculty on best practices in assessment and integrating assessment activities in the curriculum.
Conduct employer surveys to collect data on employer satisfaction, student employment, and related data for reporting to regulatory and accrediting bodies.
Provide career guidance and counseling to students.
Organizes professional development workshops, career fairs, and networking events.
Assist students with resume and cover letter writing and provide resources and coaching for job interviews.
Work closely with Academic Program Directors to integrate career readiness into the curriculum and ensure career services align with academic programs.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Associate’s degree and five years of experience may substitute the Bachelor’s degree requirement.
Master’s degree and one year of experience may substitute for two years of experience.
Two years of experience in Assessment in an Academic Institution.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Five years of experience in Higher Education.
Five years of experience in Career Services in an Academic Institution.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $27.65
Maximum hourly: $42.17
