MDM Developer and Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot Informatica MDM system performance, identifying and resolving production issues in a timely manner.

• Manage data quality issues, including data cleansing, deduplication, and validation processes.

• Investigate and address data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity across systems.

• Perform root cause analysis for production errors and implement preventative measures.

• Provide on-call support for critical production incidents outside of regular business hours.

• Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements and identify opportunities for MDM improvement.

• Analyze existing data models and propose enhancements to improve data consistency and accessibility.

• Design and implement new MDM workflows, data cleansing rules, and validation criteria.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of Informatica MDM concepts, including data quality, data stewardship, data lineage, and data synchronization.

• Expertise in Informatica MDM platform with proficiency in data modeling, data mapping, and data cleansing tools.

• Strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data within the MDM system.

• Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques for extracting data from various sources (IDQ).

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM production support and consulting roles.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and resolve production incidents efficiently.

• Excellent understanding of data governance principles and best practices.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Experience in data quality improvement initiatives and data cleansing methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range- $125,000-$145,000 a year
