- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT. Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into technical requirements for system solutions.
- Play a crucial role in the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of information systems that support business operations.
- Define business requirements, build application and process specifications, and ensure that work is in alignment with the overarching business and technical strategies.
- Work closely with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met.
- Identify system / process / data impacts (upstream and downstream) and propose appropriate alternatives or remediation options, highlighting trade-offs when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, IT staff, and management.
- Support the implementation of new systems, including testing, training, and data migration.
- Track system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with technical teams to resolve them.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in business analysis and IT.
- Skills in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making.
- Knowledge of Asset and Wealth Management business domain.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
- Basic understanding of programming languages like SQL or Python.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and their applications in business.
- Basic understanding of UX principles for designing user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in using business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques to streamline processes.
Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
