Qualifications
• 12+ years creative expertise in design at an agency, design studio or internal marketing team
• Conceptualize, design and produce on-brand pieces across all mediums (i. e. marketing collateral, illustrations, logos, motion graphics, social media pieces, email templates, printed material, signage, event and booth graphics, swag design), with an emphasis on communication pieces (PowerPoint decks, one-pages, information graphics)
• Deep understanding of design theory with excellent skills in visual storytelling through color, image, typography, and video
• Uphold Digitate’s brand standards and help to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all of Digitate’s content
• Collaborate with internal teams to create white papers, data-driven graphics and vibrant PowerPoint presentations for various audiences
• Must have a strong creative portfolio showcasing a variety of work with an emphasis on visual communication, vector illustration and motion graphics
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects at minimum), Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and MacOS
• Ability to create in-depth illustrations, imagery and logos from scratch, without the use of stock assets
• Comfortable working with small datasets and creating information-based graphics
• Strong project and time management
• A working knowledge of UX and UI best practices, tools and principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Creative problem solver, with careful attention to accuracy and detail
• Self-motivated and energetic with a strong sense of urgency
Responsibilities
• In this role, you will be driving high priority go-to-market campaigns tied to product launch cycles working across creative disciplines (corporate design, motion graphics, video, web and event experiences)
• Deliver on a wide-range of projects including demand generation and product marketing assets, landing pages, infographics, guides/eBooks, social media campaigns, event spaces, sales tools, advertising and other go-to-market assets that drive visibility
• Develop and oversee digital and print design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring assets support responsive design principles, e-commerce best practices, and follow corporate s tandards related to visual style and branding guidelines
• Conceptualize and produce short-form video content for all marketing channels including social, product and digital
• This position will work directly with the CMO and cross functional team members to create engaging, robust, and brand-relevant assets across all marketing channels
• Must have strong knowledge and experience designing for brand development, product design, and digital media while providing practical design solutions for a wide-ranging audience
• Strategize and execute all branding for key portfolio brands including packaging, website, digital content, social media, SWAG, instore presence, and events
• Ability to translate creative across mediums, devices, and platforms
• Develop suitable graphics and layouts for brand social media accounts
• Ability to create and execute GIF animations and motion graphics when necessary
• Develop conceptual features, wireframes, layout and production design for website development
• Develop and execute visual design standards with a consumer-first mentality
• Participate in initial planning of assets, presenting in creative review meetings to all relevant stakeholders and teams
• Manage end-to-end projects (the full project lifecycle – from brief and design to production)
• Work closely with Marketing Team and creative team to execute ad-hoc content creation based on short-term and long-term business needs, trending conversations, competitive activity, and retail requests.

Salary Range - $126,000- $165,000 ayear
