POS Business Analyst
Job Description
- Identifying requirements: Work with IT, software developers, and business users to identify and create requirements for POS systems
- Defining solutions: Define high-level solutions for system enhancements and project requests
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
- This role involves supporting POS software, hardware, and configuration. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, and upgrades of POS software
- Administering POS systems: Administer users, menus, pricing, and reporting for the POS system
- Performing testing: Perform functional testing and analyze and interpret test results
- Deploying software and hardware: Deploy software and hardware, and configure ancillary systems
- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
- Data quality: Ensure the data quality and integrity in databases
- Good to have prior experience in Cloud based POS Products that are available in the market
- Domain expertise on the TCS Omni Store/ Cash Office and Technical architectural knowledge of the product
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Collect Metrics from Product Environment to help prioritizing the enhancement and new feature development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving with good communication Skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tool
Salary Range -$80,000-$90,000 a year
