Job Summary
Augusta University's College of Education and Human Development is seeking an Instructional Technology Coordinator to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our college. We are looking for an innovative self-starter who will help us with continuous improvement and maintaining accreditation.
Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to:
ADMINISTRATION: Manage Anthology (our data collection system) which is vital for accreditation through the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) and the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). Faculty and students (except Kinesiology and Ed.D.) utilize an Anthology each semester. Explore, design, and implement innovative uses for systems to best serve College stakeholders. Develop faculty and student online orientations and updates to provide professional development for our faculty and students to use Anthology most effectively. Generate online resources and dedicated and up-to-date videos and tutorials regarding key assessment submissions, Anthology tips, and pertinent Q and As. Provide just-in-time technology support for students and full and part-time faculty as they utilize Anthology. Collaborate with our Director of Accreditation and Assessment, our Field Experience Coordinator, and our Associate Dean for Academics and Educator Preparation to manage key assessments for each program and organize the data each semester by program for Student Learning Outcomes and the GaPSC and CACREP. Collaborate with the Learning and Innovation Specialist as needed to support assessment and instruction.
SERVICE: Providing services as appropriate to the college, university, the community, and the profession.
OTHER DUTIES: Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Education or Instructional/Educational technology with minimum one year experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Master's or terminal degree from an accredited college or university in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases

Clear verbal skills, hearing, memory, and hand dexterity.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Shift/Salary/Benefits
Shift: Days/M-F (Work outside of normal business hours may be required)
Pay Band: B10
Salary: Minimum $52,500/annual
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum midpoint) of the position.
