If so, Amazon's North American Consumable Private Brands (NA CPB) team is seeking an exceptional Sourcing Manager to help shape the future of our rapidly growing business.
In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in driving the continued success and expansion of our North American Consumables portfolio. Leveraging your extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, you will create and implement innovative, new-to-CPB approaches that transform our domestic and international supplier network.
Key job responsibilities
As a Sourcing Manager, you will:
-Develop sourcing strategies and solutions that support the evolving needs of our fast-growing business
-Identify and secure high-quality, compliant suppliers across diverse product categories to unlock efficiencies and deliver best-in-class offerings to our customers
-Analyze our current supplier matrix to drive cost savings, enhance supplier relationships, and strengthen our strategic supply chain
-Navigate a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment, seamlessly juggling multiple priorities and collaborating cross-functionally to drive results
-Developing sourcing metrics, measuring and reporting results, and leadership reviews
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
