Job Description
- Imaging / Reimaging of laptops ( Windows and Mac)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Hands on experience in Printer , VPN connectivity and Wi fi issues
- Knowledge and experience in encryption tools
- Patching and deployment experience
- Remote support tools like remote desktop or Beyond trust
- Familiarity with ticketing system
- Proficiency in both Windows (10, 11) and macOS
- Basic knowledge in Active directory.
Salary Range - $60,000-$75,000 a year
