Experience Required We are seeking a CC&B SME with 8+ years of experience to provide technical expertise and strategic oversight for Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems. The role involves ensuring CC&B solutions meet business goals while maintaining high-quality performance and compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Serve as the technical expert for CC&B workflows, configurations, and integrations.
• Lead and oversee quality assurance testing for CC&B modules and processes.
• Develop and enforce quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices for CC&B solutions.
• Identify and resolve complex system issues, ensuring CC&B solutions operate reliably and efficiently.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for CC&B functionality and performance validation.
• Utilize tools like Jira for defect management and coordinate with development teams for timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Automate testing and validation processes for CC&B systems to improve efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and training to teams on CC&B tools, workflows, and quality standards.
Salary Range: - $95,000 to $140,000 a year
