Relevant Experience
• 5+ yrs of experience
• Working experience in BI Publisher
• Working experience to write queries to pull/summarize/analyze data from various data sets and platforms.
• Development experience in implementing ORMB Healthcare Domain.
• Expertise on Oracle Utilities Application Framework
• Experienced in developing batch interfaces both inbound and outbound to ORMB.
• Experienced in developing APIs integrating ORMB with external applications and online customer portals.
• Functional/technical understanding across process areas Policy / Plan /Membership, Customer Management, Pricing (SSL /ASL / Level Funding), Billing, Payments, and Delinquency modules in ORMB.
• Knowledge of job scheduler / ORMBA is plus.
Must have skills • ORMB Technical
Good to have skills • Technical Skill Set: Java, SQL, XML, JSON, Oracle Database, Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), JavaScript, RESTful API, Web Services, SOAP.
• Configuration Tools: MO, BO, Business Service, Business component, Service Scripts, Plug-In Scripts, BPA Scripts, Zones, UI Map, Portals, SQ rule, Rate configuration.
• Java Based: Algorithm, Batch Jobs, Change Handler, Business Entity.
Responsibilities
• Lead development/enhancements of custom solutions across modules Algorithms, Batch Jobs, Business components, BPA Scripts, UI Maps, Zones, Business services etc.
• Develop inbound/outbound interfaces (both batch and APIs) to integrate ORMB with upstream and downstream applications.
• Ensure development and testing of components across process areas Customer Management, Billing, Payments, Pricing, Delinquency, Interfaces, APIs
• Provide guidance to junior developers with functional/technical issues to help in development and delivery of solutions.
• Manage system configurations, application environments and support for the installations, deployments, and application upgrades of ORMB both in production and non-production environments.
• Perform code reviews to ensure deliverables meet the quality, performance, and best coding practices.
• Support testing teams with analysis across the various phases of implementation SIT/UAT/Performance/Regression.
• Weekend support and on call support needed

Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000 a year
