Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong, hands-on migration experts who can lead and execute this
  end-to-end migration, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless
  transition with minimal disruption. Automation, efficiency, and performance
  optimization are key to meeting aggressive timelines.


• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL programming.


• Design and implement OLTP peer-to-peer replication strategies for
  seamless data synchronization.


• Architect and optimize data warehouse solutions to align with business
  intelligence needs.


• Automate large-scale database migrations to minimize downtime and
  accelerate the transition.


• Own and lead end-to-end Oracle-to-Azure SQL / MS SQL migrations,
  ensuring high efficiency, automation, and minimal downtime.


• Develop and implement automation frameworks to streamline schema
  conversion, data migration, and validation.


• Leverage Oracle GoldenGate, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and automation
  scripts (Python, PowerShell, SQL) to optimize data replication and migration.


• Perform in-depth Oracle database assessments, covering schemas, stored
  procedures, PL/SQL, indexes, triggers, partitions, and performance tuning
  strategies.


• Convert Oracle PL/SQL to T-SQL, optimizing for performance on the target
  SQL platform.


• Use Microsoft DMA, SSMA, Azure DMS, or other proven solutions to
  streamline migrations.

Salary Range: $67,100-$105,000 a year
