CRM & Data Integration Architect
CRM: Microsoft Dynamic CRM, Power platform ,Salesforce CRM
ETL: Python , Pyspark and Talend, SSIS, kingswaysoft
Report tools : SSRS and Power BI..
Roles & Responsibilities
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging enterprise CRM platforms
and robust data integration pipelines to support business-critical applications.
• Lead end-to-end CRM migrations, including Dynamics 365& other CRM to Salesforce
• Design and manage ETL pipelines using tools like Talend, SSIS, KingswaySoft, and scripting in Python/PySpark
• Work with large datasets using Big Data tools such as Hive and HDFS
• Develop and integrate CRM systems with external applications via APIs
• Build and manage complex reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Customize
and extend Salesforce CRM using Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and APIs
• Lead technical teams, support offshore coordination, and drive solution delivery across all project phases
• Oversee release management, production deployments, UAT/PROD environments, and COB activities
Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year
