Job Description
React Developer
Must-Have
• 5+ years of must have hands-on experience in web development, primarily using React, HTML5, CSS3, Node, ES6, Formik, NPM, TypeScript, JavaScript JSON.
• Frontend Basics: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Responsive Design
• Frameworks: React.js, Redux, React Flow
• Styling: Tailwind CSS, Material UI, CSS Modules
• Visualization: HighChart.sj, Angular.js, D3.js for dashboards & analytics
• Conversational UI: Chat interface, dynamic message rendering, multi-turn UX
• API Integration: REST APIs, WebSockets, (GraphQL is a plus)
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
• UX Tools: Figma or Sketch for design handoff
• Experience in server-side technologies like Java/Springboot, REST, Kafka, MQ would be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of SQL and Non-SQL Databases (Preferably Oracle and Mongo).
• Experience with development in an agile methodology using TDD/BDD best practices in a continuous integration environment with Jasmin & Karma.
• Experience in CI/CD tools like Lightspeed Enterprise, Jenkins, Harness.
• Knowledge in state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API is added advantage.
• Cloud exposure (Azure / AWS / GCP) would be an added advantage

1 Expertise in developing UI applications
2 Design Develop and implement code as per requirements
3. Evaluate new technologies and frameworks relevant to project and propose strategies.
4. Lead product backlog grooming sessions with relevant stakeholders in Biz & Technology and ensure requirements are well understood by all
Salary Range- $90,000-$115,000 a year
