The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages Supportability (spares), Decommissioning and Disposition of data center assets worldwide. Our infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of more than 200 datacenters supporting services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries worldwide. 

We are hiring a Senior Silicon Supply Chain Program Manager (Technical Solution Manager), to join the team that manages the supply chain for Microsoft’s own designed silicon, Maia and Cobalt. The Silicon supply chain team manages the launch, manufacturing and delivery of these silicon chips into Microsoft’s datacenters.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your semiconductor & supply chain experience as well as your program management experience bringing innovative chipsets to life. As the Senior Technical Solution Manager, you will manage cross-team projects and business reviews to meet the changing business environment and business needs.  

You will lead strategic efforts that require hands-on experience across multiple disciplines. You will lead and partner with cross-functional teams (business, finance, supply chain and engineering) towards product launch and throughout the product life cycle. In addition to demonstrating operational excellence and program management expertise, you will have the opportunity to influence strategic investment, decisions and create new capabilities for Microsoft own designed silicon.
