The Strategy and Operations team is dedicated to driving the strategic vision and operational excellence across CE&S. We aim to enhance our company's edge by leveraging market insights, fostering innovation, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives. 

As a Director of Organizational Strategy, you will have a primary focus on organization and talent strategy, and a secondary focus on driving internal special projects focused on continuously improving customer outcomes and experience as well as top and bottom line performance for the business. You will lead and participate in cross-functional teams across the breadth of CE&S and serve as an advisor and thought partner to senior leadership. This opportunity will allow you to demonstrate your ability to manage complex programsshow thought leadership on organization and talent strategy, conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, and flex your technical acumen learning new and innovate technologies.  

 

We are looking for a candidate with a well-developed consulting toolkit—including structured problem solving, excellent written communication, and the ability to influence senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of best practices in organizational strategy and design, the ability to work across multiple complex teams to drive outcomes, structure ambiguous work, and apply strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity to serve as a thought partner to senior CE&S leaders.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.
