We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead complex technical accounting initiatives with a focus on acquisitions, divestitures, and policy governance. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while driving process improvements and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor on technical accounting matters, develop and maintain global accounting policies, and lead the adoption of new standards. In addition, this position will partner cross-functionally to support transactions, deliver consolidated cash flow reporting, and perform impairment testing.
