The Senior Coordinator, Clinical Outcomes serves as an advanced clinical individual contributor supporting enterprise quality initiatives across ambulatory, perioperative, inpatient, and procedural settings. The role independently coordinates evidence‑based protocol and pathway development, facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration, and applies clinical expertise, data analysis, and quality improvement methodologies to improve patient outcomes, care standardization, and regulatory compliance. The position operates with professional autonomy, applying judgment to complex clinical and operational challenges while working within established organizational frameworks.
Position Summary:
The Senior Coordinator, Clinical Outcomes independently coordinates, designs, and maintains the Enhanced Surgical Recovery (ESR) program and related quality initiatives. Using internal and external benchmark data, clinical evidence, and outcomes analysis, the role partners with multidisciplinary teams to identify gaps in care, standardize workflows, and implement sustainable clinical improvements across the organization. The position functions as a clinical and quality resource to providers and staff, supporting protocol adoption, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree in a clinical field.
Active clinical licensure.
1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred Competencies
Advanced understanding of clinical workflows and disease processes
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
Experience with EHRs and standard analytic and office software
Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders
Working knowledge of quality improvement methodologies
