Job Description Summary:
The Manager, RGM Retail Strategy delivers pricing, promotion, and package insights to drive revenue, volume, and profit for the NAOU system. This role embeds strategic consumer, shopper, and post-event insights to drive RGM decision-making with RGM Multiyear, OBPPC, Franchise and Execution teams. This requires holistic business understanding, an analytical mindset, and strong collaboration skills.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Support in development of in-year and multi-year retail strategy actions.
- Provide analysis and solution recommendations using key retail strategy tools and advanced data analysis.
- Analyze business performance for gaps versus plan drivers and lead the development of contingencies/solutions.
- Collaborate with the Customer teams, RGM MY, Bottlers, and OBPPC teams to meet short and long-term growth objectives.
- Partner with cross functional RGM teams to embed consumer and shopper insights into price, promotion and package decisions.
- Collaborate with the larger RGM retail strategy team to support innovative strategic frameworks to drive key decision making.
- Partner with the RGM capabilities team and vendors as needed to rollout retail strategy solutions at scale.
Qualification & Requirements
KEY SKILLS / CAPABILITIES
- Excellent analytical skills – ability to draw insights and actions from data; ability to develop volumetric & financial models that can accommodate multiple inputs from diverse data sources and be used for scenario planning
- Strong partnership and collaboration: Must be able to work across functions and the system effectively.
- Solid presentation, influencing, and storytelling skills: Present ideas and drive initiatives with clear and concise reasoning and action plans.
- Strong understanding of customer P&L management, revenue growth management capabilities, forecasting, and trade spend effectiveness.
- Ability to evaluate business planning goals/strategies and analyze financials to derive insights and initiate gap solving.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and influence decision making to drive adoption of insights
KEY KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
Mastery of (Required)
- Develop business plans / business cases – strategic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating of future needs)
- Change Management – demonstrates innovation & creativity to develop novel business solutions; ability to influence/gain alignment across divergent perspectives.
- Knowledge in key data systems - in market measurement, consumer segmentation, consumer panels, pricing evaluation and shopper card datasets
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills – ability to influence and build consensus across and within teams
Broad expertise in (Good to have)
- Pricing & Promotions – understanding of rate/mix drivers and promotional impact on overall rate
- OBPPC Strategy – multi-year and in-year strategies to accelerate revenue, profit, and growth
- Opportunity Mapping
Education and Professional Experience:
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry

Pay Range:
United States of America: 103,000 USD - 119,000 USDBase pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
15Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
