About the role
You’ll provide day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of HART’s activities, including:
- Coordinating logistics for field and outreach trips
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of casual staff
- Managing diaries, meetings, agendas and minutes
- Responding to enquiries and providing quality customer service
- Completing accurate data entry and maintaining records
- Assisting with event coordination and general administrative tasks

What you’ll bring
- Experience in admin or customer service roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
