The Culinary Kitchen Team Leader serves as a positive role model to other team members by exhibiting good customer service skills and teamwork. The Team Leader directs the team to ensure that all work duties are completed, and that good health and safety practices are being followed. Other responsibilities include adherence to recipes, proper product rotation and dating and adhering to departmental and hospital policies and procedures. The Team Leader serves as the decision maker for the Culinary Kitchen in the absence of the supervisor or manager.Department Specific Job Details:
