Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of acute or sub-acute nursing experience required
- Home care experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
- Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
