Job Summary

Performs a variety of food service duties in support of daily operations, including preparing, assembling, and serving food and beverages.
Ensures quality, safety, and efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items by rinsing, peeling, slicing, dicing, weighing, and measuring ingredients

  • Follow standardized recipes to prepare and portion menu items accurately

  • Wrap, label, and properly store food items according to safety guidelines

  • Maintain appropriate food temperatures and portion control standards

  • Serve customers in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner

  • Provide information regarding menu items, ingredients, and availability

  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and service stations

  • Monitor and escalate customer concerns or issues to management as needed

  • Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and service standards

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of food service operations, including line setup and temperature control

  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, presentation, and quality standards

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with accuracy

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively

  • Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and kitchen tools

  • Ability to lift and handle heavy items as needed

  • Basic understanding of inventory control and supply management

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • 2–3 years of relevant food service experience required

  • Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety guidelines

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
