Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily food service operations, including staff management, service delivery, and financial performance.Ensures high-quality food, excellent customer satisfaction, and full compliance with safety and sanitation standards while driving operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule food service staff to ensure proper coverage and performance
- Manage day-to-day operations, including food preparation, service, inventory, and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus aligned with customer needs and dietary requirements
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure consistency and excellence
- Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to maximize profitability
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all food service areas
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support seamless operations and communication
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to monitor and maintain food quality and service standards
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills across all levels of staff and customers
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations

- High School Diploma required
- Trade/Technical/Vocational Diploma in Foodservice Management required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred
- 5–7 years of food service industry experience required
- 2–3 years of management experience required
