As an Administrative Program Coordinator, your work directlyassistsin the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives. Serving as a liaison across various departments, you willidentifyopportunities tofacilitatean efficient workplace where fellow caregivers can support patients and deliver world-class treatments. A caregiver in this position works full-time| Mon-Friday| 8:00am—4:30pm or 8:30am—5:00pm| Hybrid after90 days.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Lead orientation and record management activities andensuresstandards aremaintained.

  • Develop and update interdepartmental education programs.

  • Assistwith scheduling, coordination, preparation, and communication of meetings.

  • Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes.

  • Identifykey milestones and deadlines.

  • Communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.

  • Research,analyzeand organize information for presentations.

  • Assistdepartment leadership with large or complex projects.

  • Initiate or lead fewer complex projects.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Associate’sDegreeandtwo years of administrative or project management experience

  • OR High School diploma/GED and four years of experience

  • ORBachelor'sdegreeandone year of experience

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Requires Epic scheduling experience and the ability to manage complex patient scheduling workflows for the expanding 30-bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU). This is a highly patient-facing role, with the majority of time spent communicating with patients via phone to coordinate care and scheduling needs.

  • Bachelor's degree inBusinessAdministration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

  • Knowledge of project management and communication practices

  • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Healthcare experience or related organization

  • Epic and Scheduling experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

  • In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $18.88

Maximum hourly: $28.80

A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education.
